Why We sweat either by doing physical?

Why do we sweat when we exercise or other physical activity? It's an interesting question, I'm sure many of you or you will not have planned so far. I, honestly, I had not arisen. And there are so many things we hear and talk about them and do not know its cause or real meaning many times ... But well, focusing on the sweat, we must say that sweating is a mechanism that allows us to regulate our body temperature.

And we want to regulate our body temperature you may ask ... Well, we need to regulate our body temperature to avoid heat build up the body and our body temperature rise as would be altered if you increase the vital functions and would have a fever. Normally regulates body temperature through conduction (touching another object, such as an ice), convection (heat transferred to air movement or contact with water (like swimming or cycling making), the radiation (the body radiates its heat to the ambient air) and evaporation (making the sweat vapor). During exercise, evaporation is the main source of body regulation. The water in the sweat generated from the fluid from the blood , which moves to the skin when it starts to build up excessive heat.

In a year of intense physical activity or very durable have to drink plenty of fluids (preferably water) to dehydration does not occur and we can continue our regulatory function through sweating (evaporation), which as you know, sweat is just water of our body .. That is if ... no drinking! Until the next article! Remember you can subscribe free via email and will send new items to publish the blog to your email! Subscribe for free!
