Phases of Management


Management is simply defined as the art of managing people or things done by people. In this world of globalization, liberalization and innovation, strategies and policies for the operations of business are constantly evolving. The business dynamics must be in sync with the competitive world. Business strategies that have been considered as the lifeblood of every business years ago is now being redefined to bring a revolutionary change in the business world.

Management, over time, has gained importance in recent years. There is no concrete evidence of how management has evolved, but it is certain that the management has brought a revolution in the current business scenario. A combination of planning, organization, delegation and supervision have made a significant change to the boardrooms of corporate houses. From these corporate houses and business, management has come a long way to achieving its acceptance and significance.

Education is a key requirement for effective management of learning. Today, many schools, colleges and universities offer a course on MBA Information on different fields. These fields are finance, business, marketing, human resources, information technology and many others.

In any management course, there are four stages of learning. These phases differentiate various aspects of training needs according to different career stages. This is because at every stage of his career, an individual needs a different management training in order to have a successful and harmonious development. For example, one year MBA requires 22 graduate management education minimum 60 years of a CEO of a multi billion company.

The four phases of the training management are as follows:

The functional competence: This is the first stage of management in which the student learns and understands the various aspects of various MBA, such as finance, accounting, marketing, economics, operations and human resources. In this phase of learning, students get a good education to increase their acquisition of knowledge and personal skills.

Context and strategy: understanding the context and the strategy is the second phase of training management. In this phase of training for management, an individual reaches a better understanding of the business strategies. This phase also helps to learn the operations occur within an organizational context.

Critical Reasoning: The phase of critical thinking is very essential for the experience and reasoning helps to achieve a better understanding of operational management in the context. This phase of learning management also helps in the implementation of business strategies and understand the human pilots. The ability to convince the people and build confidence about them is also an integral part of learning.

Mastering reflective skills: This is the final stage of management training. This learning process helps to develop personal characteristics that further enhances the management and interpersonal skills. After learning this phase of management, it becomes easier for an individual to prioritize and implement the sincere efforts for successful operations. This learning phase is a major source of regulation of career goals and achieving these goals .......
