Prompt and expeditious justice

On January 1, 1995, a cousin of mine was shot dead by a neighbor "aspirin? or "godmother? of the then still state police in Baja California. We are now almost 2009 and it is time that "justice? state does not arrest the culprit.

My aunt was troubled her son lying on the sidewalk outside his home and jets emerging as a shower of blood from his body, gave the police the murderer neighbor data: full name and address.

To top it off, I must say that the authorities well known before the name, address and other personal data of human excrement that made the fatal shootings. I say high because these data were not used to arrest the killer. He was known. Perhaps because he was in his own ranks not caught.

Other residents gave their testimony about the facts: My cousin went to the front of where he lived to see their children playing near the fence, there was some uproar after year-end sleeplessness, the little toys still presumed received one week behind, and families exchanged impressions were heard shots fired into the air by living among them worthless. My relative was struck continue to refrain from asking detonating their weapon. I asked the children. The reply was a volley of lead and an escape. Never again the cowardly assassin bastard, or his family.

I mention this sad story because the national scene lurks the intention of some to turn into discussion the issue of the death penalty for murderers and kidnappers, and the debate on insurance and near the banner of political campaigns in 2009. Some support the initiative, others reject it. And discussed. Try to cover himself with glory and tearing his hair. All intended to impress the voters. The truth is not so bad. Not much to discuss. The kidnappers and murderers have long been crossed the line. If politicians really represent the company would know that the death penalty is no longer subject to campaigns. It is only required to discuss the issue in Congress and regulate properly. Pronto.

The real issue to be discussed by the company and, if you will, also for politicians is to chase and catch the criminals quickly and diligently. How can this be commonplace in a country where it is rare?

Early in his term, President Felipe Calderón warned that the fight against organized crime call would cost many lives. It has proved true. However, no end in sight and solution yet. I think we have not fired yet all they have to shoot and have not died even those who have to die for crimes such as kidnapping and murder perpetrated by gangs at least reduce levels of rarity.

I suggest to the government that best discuss race and present effective solutions to the problem of lack of Justice. I repeat: You catch the murderers, kidnappers and other entities harmful to society!

We should not continue indulging and paving the way and without interfering with these psychopaths destroying the tranquility and peace.
